Ladies, Gentlemen, and They/Thems!
Yes, that's a picture of a butterfly, and it should give you a clue as to what is coming soon in the next few weeks (hint: possibly butterflies!).
In the meantime, we have a favour to ask.
We are hoping to achieve 4000 watch hours this year, and we would be super-grateful if you would give any of our videos a really long watch sometime this week. Have it on over dinner, or while you're out walking with headphones, while you're doing hobbies - crochet, modelling trains, writing Star Trek fanfic, sewing beads onto flared jeans, juggling geese, etc - or just while you're snoozing on the sofa on a lazy afternoon.

Well, hi there!
So 2023 is getting into gear, and we're looking forward to everything blooming over the next few weeks. We've come to the end of our current run of short meditations, so we'll be publishing some longer vids for springtime relaxation. We'll be doing another bunch of shorties at some point. In the meantime, sit back and relax while the world gets more leafy.

I hope you are well and beautiful, and that Winter has not defeated you. Spring is exploding all around our neck of the woods, and we've got some lovely videos coming up. This week's video is of WATERFALLS - a relaxation classic, obviously - and I'm really proud of the solo piano piece I've written. And obviously, if you like it as well (or if you don't), we'd love to know your thoughts in the comments section.
Speaking of which, we here at Ambient Dawn are planning another series of SHORT MEDITATIONS to run twice a week throughout March. We'd obviously love to know if this is the sort of thing you'd like us to put up, so here's a poll:

I'm really pleased to see that we have PASSED THE 1000 SUBSCRIBER THRESHOLD!
Thank you all so very much for your support. I really appreciate your views, likes, comments, and subscriptions. It means a great deal to me. The Ambient Dawn family is going to have a brief conga line in celebration, and then it's back to working hard in order to get you, dear viewer, to relax.
We've got some plans and films all lined up for the coming year, so we're not sitting back and eating pies. There's always more beautiful things to film, and more music to write.

Throughout December I'm thinking of putting up some short, 5-minute videos to create a simple atmosphere of calm during the crazy season. I'm planning on putting up three a week. Some of them will be Christmassy, and some of them won't be seasonal, just in case you fancy getting away from it all for a few minutes.

I am an experienced composer working under the name of Rarg, and I am based in the UK. I would love to hear from you, whoever and wherever you are.
Ambient Dawn is a channel of music, sound, and visuals for MINDFULNESS, RELAXATION, and MEDITATION.
All of the amazing natural sound recordings and visuals have been recorded for this channel, taken from our own expeditions around the UK to gather material. We celebrate the natural countryside and landscapes, as well as visions of urban beauty, and take special care to make sure your auditory and visual experiences are unique.
We favour natural sound in an attempt to create an ASMR response in the listener. These sounds were recorded in the UK countryside, so there are sometimes coincidental noises from the locations we visit - cars, planes, other people, all sorts of wildlife.
The music has been specifically composed to help with stress relief, anxiety, study, calmness, work, rest, and mental wellbeing.
