times like these? you need breath work in your tool kit! working with the breath serves to ground, calm, and connect.

practice different pranayama techniques and notice how they make you feel. then put them in your back pocket when you need to feel like that again.

Nothing without intention! Know why you are doing it and what you wish to achieve! (even if all you want to achieve is to do someTHING without any huge goal behind it)

Personal Example: Hate doing boring rotator cuff stability work, but I know it will help with the barbell movements I do love & enjoy!
