Hi! I'm Dr Marcia (she/they). I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, child of Haitian immigrants, chronic illness warrior, powerlifting strongwoman, and certified yoga teacher.
All bodies, abilities, sizes, strengths, & genders are welcome here to learn all things physical therapy, yoga, mobility, & strength. You'll find 3-5 minute quick tutorials on yoga poses (of all kinds) and exercises as well as 5-15 minute follow along mobility flows and yoga flows.
