About me
I been working out since the mid 90s and became addicted to calisthenics since 2004 when I was 24 years old and the person responsible for me getting into workout is my father my father used to workout in the late 60s, 70s and early 80s and I always thank him for that every time we spoke on the phone he asked me if I continue to workout in the other side my mom always say take it easy but the more crazy that I get the better that I feel to me overtraining is the key it works for me especially when I got the 8pack what a challenge in 2005 All about fitness workout motivation personal life of a regular person with a family and a full time job with goals to trying to be better in all the aspects and I know it's hard but not impossible never give up Yerro305..👍
