Salute to everyone I been working on new super sets but I slow down on my training due to wrists injuries I been doing workout therapy all this past week this week iam going to restart the crazy training the first 10 reps of one of my new super sets is L-sit hold on top of the bar with the chin up and doing side to side like you see on the picture and that exercises is killling my wrists but iam going to keep the training flexibility for my wrist this week and this week I have to finish the set let's see faith and π― power mind and remember to always be positive stay motivated the motivation have to be daily all day π workout hard everyday harder than before and never give up thanks for the support FitFam π₯ πͺ π

What's up fit fam my injuries start getting better, i still on pain on my right bicep and my left elbow but not like before so tomorrow iam going to restart workout on the super sets again iam going crazy mode lol but to be honest with you I always gives advice to be safe and avoid injuries but I never follow that advice I always go for the killl.
