Happy launch day! I wrote the My Mama series because I needed a way to facilitate conversation with my family and because many other parents need that too. We need understanding and awareness. These books are so special to me, but the My Mama Has ME/CFS hits differently. I am so proud of this book. I hope you like it.

I didn't post a video today! For the first time in a long time I'm taking a break. I've got loads of content planned for awareness month next month that I am struggling to find time to edit and upload, but I'll get there. 💜

People are loving my most recent addition to my pain management plan - the If This Then That plan.
So many people say they want to make pain management plans, but they just never quite get around to it.
The Make Your Symptom Toolkit Micro Course is designed to make it as EASY as possible.
It's exactly what I'd talk you through if I could have you over for a cuppa to help you with it. And I'd love to be able to do that!
For the next few days I've put a spontaneous 25% off sale on it...the code is DOITNOW because I think the time is now. Let's make good pain, flare and fatigue management plans.

It takes a lot of strength to keep going through constant symptoms. Especially when they flare (exacerbate for a time). Most Especially when you'd built up hope that they'd diminish.
I've been on an upward trajectory for 12 years. I assumed it would continue this way. Turns out my hard work isn't the only ingredient in the recipe here.
We're just doing our best waiting for the research to catch up. At least there's nice things to look at. I've been leaning on things that bring me joy. Sunshine, tui (a NZ native bird I love), my children, pumpkin spice latte (🤣), my new hobby.
If you're in this space with me, I see you. I feel it all. You're doing amazing. I'm glad you're here.
If this is the first time you're seeing anything from me, feel free to come check out some videos and subscribe :)

I'm clearing off the bookshelves in our lounge and when I put these in a pile I was shocked at how many there are. There are duplicates.
If you have a goal, even if it seems impossible with your current limitations, keep working towards it anyway.
You may end up with three published books and several journals.
I'm sharing a video soon about how I published my books and journals so don't forget to subscribe! :)

Have you wanted to share your story to create awareness but weren't sure how to get it out?
I'm offering an interview series on my blog where you can share!
Simply fill in the form and I'll publish it! (And then shout it from the roof tops). I'm interested in different points of view, the things that help you best and your general real life person story so everyone can see themselves represented.
I've made it as easy as possible with this Google form. 🙌
