Though I'm not a pro YouTuber, I'm committed to improving. I've invested twice the usual effort into my upcoming video. I hope you'll see and appreciate the difference. Your support and feedback are invaluable to me.
Hopefully, it's going live this Sunday!
Thank you for being with me on this journey.

My video collaboration with Eurodancers will soon be ready! - (hopefully tomorrow)
In this video, you'll see how cheerdancers increase and sustain flexibility. You'll also see which are their preferred stretching methods and training process and have a good laugh by watching me trying their routines 😄
This video collaboration is a part of my journey to widen my perspective on all physical components of the human body. To do that, I want to get to know field-tested practices from all over the world and interact with professionals from different backgrounds. In Zurich, I had the chance to train with the best cheerdance team in Switzerland and get to know their practice for increasing and sustaining flexibility.
Stay tuned for the release of this episode!

HOW IT STARTED
Yiannis’ mission is to build the most evidence-based and comprehensive training system. To do that, he had to start from the foundation of all movements, flexibility. After years of research, he was able to structure the most effective and evidence-based training system to increase flexibility (Range Optimization System - ROS), and he now shares what he knows through this channel and his training programs.
HOW IT’S GOING
By completing his research on one of the physical components of the human body, flexibility, Yiannis is now shifting his research to strength and endurance. His team is expanding with professionals passionate about discovering the most effective training practices. Together, they are researching the literature, testing protocols, and connecting the most effective methods in a comprehensive training system. This work is channeled to his evidence-based programs while a part of it is continuously published through Yiannis’ social media content.
