Hey everyone,

Lately, I've been doing a lot of thinking about my journey on YouTube and the content I've been sharing with all of you. I feel that there are many things missing in my presentation skills.

Though I'm not a pro YouTuber, I'm committed to improving. I've invested twice the usual effort into my upcoming video. I hope you'll see and appreciate the difference. Your support and feedback are invaluable to me.

Hopefully, it's going live this Sunday!

Thank you for being with me on this journey.

My video collaboration with Eurodancers will soon be ready! - (hopefully tomorrow)

In this video, you'll see how cheerdancers increase and sustain flexibility. You'll also see which are their preferred stretching methods and training process and have a good laugh by watching me trying their routines 😄

This video collaboration is a part of my journey to widen my perspective on all physical components of the human body. To do that, I want to get to know field-tested practices from all over the world and interact with professionals from different backgrounds. In Zurich, I had the chance to train with the best cheerdance team in Switzerland and get to know their practice for increasing and sustaining flexibility.

Stay tuned for the release of this episode!

As I always say, some people can do the splits simply with Passive Static (PS) stretching while others need more advanced methods to accomplish the same results.

The lovely lady below is a great example of achieving the splits with the simple Passive Static (PS) method I presented back in 2018.

🎉 Congratulations!!! 🎉
