Hi all! Sorry for the confusion but I wanted to let you know I'll only be posting one video a week every Saturday. It's been challenging to keep the quality as good with two videos a week. Make sure you click the bell to notifications when my new videos are live! Thanks for understanding 😊

Post Stroke is a nonprofit founded by Elyse Newland, an Occupational Therapist, after her grandmother had a mini-stroke and received less than stellar care. Elyse embedded herself in the stroke survivor community and discovered that her family's experience was not uncommon.
Due to the growing number of stroke survivors with little to no support, Elyse began creating free and accessible stroke recovery education on sites that survivors already use. She realized people want to learn how to get better without sifting through jargon-filled handouts or hard-to-navigate medical websites.
Post Stroke is on a mission to make high-quality stroke recovery information accessible to everyone!
