I'm curious. I'm trained in PILATES as well as yoga. Back in the day I used to teach PILATES in real life and also had some pilates DVDs, before YouTube!

Hi everyone,

I’m down with COVID this week so there won’t be a new YouTube class again this week as I take the time I need to rest and recover.

If you’ve been around here for a while, you know I practice what I preach. We listen to our bodies. We don't push through. We rest when we are sick. We trust in our body's timing.

And I trust that you’ll return to what’s already here, not because of urgency or algorithm, but because, like me, you’re in a long-term relationship with this incredible practice called yoga.

If there’s a past class that’s been calling you to revisit, or one you never tried but meant to, this might be the time.

Thank you for being here, not just as viewers. I know so many of you have been with me since 2009 and so recovering from COVID is just a tiny blip in our long-term relationship.
