Intensive vs. Extensive Plyometrics
⚽️ If you're a soccer player or endurance athlete, then resistance to fatigue and repeated power output are very important for overall performance.
For single effort track and field athletes (Ex: shotput, discus, javelin, high jump, etc.) a larger priority may be on maximal efforts.
🤔 Remember though, you also have to consider what the sport is providing you. An in season long jumper already doing a lot of intensive jumps may benefit from filling the extensive bucket with training.

Tendons take time.
If you've been training your tendons consistently for a few weeks, you might be on track even if pain/ function is still limited.
Stay consistent and keep progressing. Often tendon rehab takes a full 3 months.
