After ONE 60 minute session one of my clients has seen AMAZING WINS in JUST 7 days after coaching with me:

🤩Consistently moved her body EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. And, this is after having not moved with much consistency for at least 18 months.

🤩Designed and implemented a Body Movement Benefit for the employees of her private practice

🤩Experienced better quality sleep

🤩CHOSE to eat a salad

🤩”It feels so doable”

🤩Chose to move for more minutes than her daily goal

🤩Completely eliminated 1 of her barriers to moving

🤩“It’s literally exactly what I dreamed about” - in reference to taking a walk outside with her children that she “would not have done if I hadn’t talked to you” 🥹
