🌲 Hey Fam - New Vlog is Live! 🚴🏻‍♀️✨

Just finished uploading my 16-mile ride through Moraine State Park on my Trek FX3 — it's starting to look so magical with the leaves changing over for fall. The theme for this video is about using nature as way to give you time back.

I'm so grateful to have a community where I can shamelessly share my thoughts and adventures. I've been feeling so full from everyone that's connected with my videos and shared their own biking experiences in the comments + given me recommendations on where to bike next.

🚴🏻‍♀️ NEW VLOG JUST DROPPED: 60 MILES SOLO 🚴🏻‍♀️

If you saw my last 15-mile bike vlog, you know I was riding pretty light on gear and heavy on faith 😂
This time, I took it up a notch: 60 miles solo on my Trek FX3, new panniers, phone mount upgrade, and a full weekend ride across Ohio’s Western Greenway Reserve.

In this video, I touch on the idea of moving forward even without having all the answers.
I’ve spent way too long in the past waiting for perfect clarity—and this ride reminded me that the real growth comes when you take the leap without knowing what's to come or having the perfect plan.

Just dropped a new video✨

I know a lot of you recently found me from my cycling video (which I love adventure the outdoors!)…however, I have a lot hobbies and lifting is one of those, so here's a gym workout video :)

Lately, life’s been soo busy and most of my gym sessions are quick, 30-minute lifts. This new full body workout is built around 3 supersets—perfect if you’re short on time (or motivation) but still want to make progress.

Discipline over motivation has been my go-to mindset lately, and I hope this video helps inspire or entertain you—wherever you’re at in your journey.

Hey fam — I wanted to share a quick update✨

I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately, and I realized I was missing something big: human connection. Recording guided yoga classes alone in my living room started to feel… a little too quiet. And while I’ll always love yoga and still hope to inspire you to move your body — I don’t want to limit that inspiration to just one modality.

So I’m switching gears⚙️
You’ll start seeing more vlog-style content from me — sharing my outdoor adventures, bike rides, paddleboarding sessions, business-building moments, and the messy, beautiful process of figuring things out.

This channel is becoming more of a personal documentary of what lights me up: movement, nature, mindfulness, entrepreneurship, and the small rituals that help me feel alive and connected🌞

My hope? That it lights something up in you, too🔥

I’ve been HELLA busy lately — like barely-have-time-to-eat busy — but I still make time to train.

For this reason, I've been hitting quick, but powerful 30-minute full body lifts that are actually realistic for people who work 9–5s (or just have packed days).

👉 This is Workout 1 in a new series I’m building for anyone who wants to stay consistent without spending hours in the gym.

Day 11 of 14: Hip Opening🌸

In today’s class, we move through some fire hydrants to warm up the hip joint, then move through a short sequence of three legged dog, crescent warrior, side bends and end in half pigeon each side.
