A few months ago, I started documenting my wife's training sessions with the idea of creating an episodic YouTube series. The series will look at the ups and downs of my wife's fitness journey while highlighting the challenges of maintaining a steady workout regiment after years of inconsistency.
Many people can relate to the struggle of balancing fitness into their everyday life. My wife having a personal trainer for a husband doesn't make this challenge any easier.
