Welcome to Mindful Studying.
The goal of this channel is to approach studying as a meditation session. A mindfulness practice is a core component of attention training. I solve math problems everyday, and it's exhausting. I need to clam myself at each problem (many times, all the sighing in the videos? Tht's me freaking out). So I practice the following Mindful Techniques to help me stay sane:
Tip 1: Before you sit down to study, spend a few minutes focusing on your breath, calming your mind, and cultivating your attention.
