Sharing a few of my favorite IPE World Championship stage photos in hopes that these inspire you to set a goal, stick to it, & become the person you’ve always known you could be in the process.
I first set the goal to compete. Then I set the goal to win… The goal to earn my pro card… The goal to win my first pro show… The goal to become a World Champion.
There’s magic in thinking big, yes, absolutely, but don’t overlook the magic of getting started & allowing God & your personal momentum to build something great.
6 months. April to October. That’s the span of time from me never competing in Natural Bodybuilding to becoming a World Champion.
Happened fast, but would’ve never happened had I not decided to take action.
What blessings, achievements, accolades, etc. are you blocking by your inaction?
My advice: Set a goal, get to work, & watch the magic unfold to bring you to a place & state of being greater than you’ve ever imagined.
You are more powerful than you think…
But you’ve got to do the work.

Took home 1st Place & qualified for World Championships from my debut competition as a Pro Natural Bodybuilder!🥇💪🏾🏆
Honestly, I couldn’t be more pleased with my performance & the outcome of this past weekend’s competition.
The dedication, hard work, focus, effort, & investment I’ve been putting in truly paid off.
As Hurricane Milton approached Florida at the start of peak week, I knew I was going to have to make some adjustments to be able to make it to Minnesota for this show.
Instead of allowing that to feed excuses, & deter me from finishing what I set out to do, I did what I could…
I controlled the controllable.
Switching my flight plans, driving to a different state to get out of the path of the storm & clear to fly, meal prepping & taking meals with me, & following my training plan in order to see it through…
Was all worth it.
I’m loving this journey, all it’s teaching me, everyone I am meeting, everyone who’s shared a word of encouragement, congratulations, and/or how I’ve inspired them.
This win is for US.
This win is for us who seek solutions more than feeding problems.
This win is for us who do the work regardless of how we feel or the circumstances surrounding the situation.
This win is for all of us.
Thank you for being a part of my journey, & continuing to challenge me to be at my best.
I hope this inspires you to do the same. ✊🏾💯

Here are 5 reminders for you to focus on to help improve your mental health so you can be your absolute best. 🏆
1️⃣ **Prioritize Your Peace**: Your mental health is just as vital—if not more—than your physical health. It’s the foundation of your overall well-being!
2️⃣ **Meditate Daily**: Spend a few minutes each day in meditation. It’s a powerful tool to calm the mind and center yourself amidst life’s chaos.
