The DAILY 5 begins in 2 days.
Here's what Dominique had to say about her experience in the program: "This really broke the rut I was in with yoga/fitness. I loved the creativity of the classes. I would get really excited to see what was on the agenda for the day. I was impressed with the variety and your enthusiasm. And it was great to have a sense of accomplishment first thing in the morning."
Fee accomplished by getting on the mat everyday in the DAILY 5.

The DAILY 5 begins in 4 days.
Here's what Sarah had to say about her experience in the program:
"5 Minutes really is a genius length of time for these, as is the prompt to email after each practice -- very sneaky use of accountability and recognizing effort. It's also nice to see my tolerance increase the longer I stick with a habit. I used to enjoy being in the gm years ago and I can see glimmers of that now again, which is exciting!"

The DAILY 5 begins in 1 week.
Here's what Nicole, a past participant, had to say about doing the DAILY 5:
"I really enjoyed the 5 minute time limit. My biggest takeaway is that you can actually do a lot in 5 minutes. Also some of the Daily 5 videos were outside my comfort zone and it was good to stretch my boundaries."

I used to think I was supposed to do yoga for an hour and lift weights for at least 30 minutes. Some days I could only manage 5 minutes in the midst of the chaos of motherhood.
And yet, those 5 minutes felt so good.
They helped me keep the habit of movement on busy days so I stayed consistent. Keeping the habit allowed me to add more movement in on days when I had more time.
The DAILY 5 helps build the habit of movement so you can be consistent.
We begin September 1st.

Unpopular truth: weighted vests don't really do much for bone density. Or building muscle. Not in the long term.
You're better off lifting actual weights and increasing your capacity over time (which weighted vests really don't do).

Hi everyone,
Welcome to my YouTube channel.
You'll find short, sweet, and sassy yoga practices that you can do without even leaving your living room.
Everyone is welcome here, whether you are newer to yoga or have been practicing for a long time.
My classes are intentionally sequenced, creative, and fun, with clear and precise alignment techniques to keep your body safe as you become stronger and more flexible.
I offer variations and modifications for when you feel you need to take a step back as well as when you feel ready for more challenge.
You'll find yoga practices that range from 10 minutes to 25 minutes, as well as brief tutorials to help make sense of complicated or challenging poses.
My intention is to make yoga more intelligent, more accessible, more conscious, more empowering, more transformational, and more playful.
You should crack at least one smile when you're on your mat, if not twenty.
I'll be posting a new video every Sunday.
See you on the mat!
Love,
Naomi
