After spending 20 years + as a chef I retrained as a Holistic Beauty Therapist.
My GLP-1 journey kicked off on the 25th of July, 2024, and I'm excited to share every step of it with you through this vlog. My goal? Well, apart from aiming to loose at least 3 stone is to keep myself accountable and to offer insights and support for anyone curious about navigating weight loss through injections.
I'm also a proud mum to grown-up kids and a devoted cat mum to Kitty the Cat.
