Going out for lunch can be particularly tricky, I struggle to finish most things, but the biggest eye opener since being on Mounjaro is how big portion sizes can be when we eat out. The dessert admittedly I shouldn’t have order, literally only managed 3-4 mouthfuls then the other half finished off!

I did pretty well today eating this, I did have 2 poached eggs but gave one away immediately to the other half as I knew it would be to much for me.
It was bubble and squeak with ham and oooo look at that egg 🍳

A spinach and chickpea omelette with a smudge of hummus topped with grilled veg and pea shoots, only problem is it was very filling and I only made it halfway! Delicious!
