A focus of the channel, which reflects my academic research, is how stories impact human beings in consumption contexts, but also in business and society on a larger scale. I graduated from the University of Vienna (Austria) with a PhD in Management (focus area: Marketing). My research interests include storytelling, franchising, advertising, and consumer behavior in general. My research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and I have years of experience teaching at the university level.
