I would like you all to check out our channel Gym Worthy.
We created this channel for all the fitness misfits. The people who want to go to the gym but believe they won’t fit in. Or you're new to exercise and you don’t know where to begin. We will try to give you some general guidance. But, everyone is different so base your routine on what you know you can do.
Our First set of videos will be at Home workouts. Eventually we will record gym workout routines. But if you never have an exercise routine before or if you never went to the gym or even if going to the gym is too big of a commitment at the moment then at home workouts may be perfect for you. We have a variety of at home workouts where we focus on: glute, quad, hamstring even hip exercises (leg day). Bicep, triceps and delts (arm day)
And of course shoulders, back and chest (Upper body day).
Above all we are here to have fun. Starting your gym journey may be hard but you’ve already taken the first step.
