Here’s what I do:
In a bowl, I mix olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, and frankincense oil—about 6 ounces in total. Each morning and evening, I scoop a little of this mixture, add a small amount of my regular lotion, and apply it to my entire body, including my face, neck, and underarms.
The results? Amazing!
✨ My skin tone has evened out.
✨ Wrinkles and discoloration have significantly reduced.
✨ Pain in my right hip and left knee has decreased.
✨ My body odor has improved—even though I rarely use deodorant!
I’ve received so many compliments on my glowing skin since starting this routine. It’s simple, natural, and effective!
