Title: My Secret to Glowing Skin & Pain Relief | DIY Skincare Routine

Hi friends, it’s Marva Riley! I’m so excited to share my simple yet powerful skincare routine that has transformed my skin and even helped with pain relief.

Here’s what I do:
In a bowl, I mix olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, and frankincense oil—about 6 ounces in total. Each morning and evening, I scoop a little of this mixture, add a small amount of my regular lotion, and apply it to my entire body, including my face, neck, and underarms.

The results? Amazing!
✨ My skin tone has evened out.
✨ Wrinkles and discoloration have significantly reduced.
✨ Pain in my right hip and left knee has decreased.
✨ My body odor has improved—even though I rarely use deodorant!

I’ve received so many compliments on my glowing skin since starting this routine. It’s simple, natural, and effective!

Today’s Smoothie: A Nutrient-Packed Delight

Here’s my simple, healthy, and oh-so-delicious smoothie recipe for today:
• Water
• A handful of spinach
• Pomegranate seeds
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 apple
• Chia seeds
• Flax seeds

Blend it all together and enjoy!
