Remember these 4 words:

VALUE
MUST
EXCEED
PRICE

If you’ve done your homework in the selling process, you’ve uncovered the benefits they’re looking for 🕵🏽

You have discovered the needs that they have and the outcomes that they’re looking for.

In addition, you have REALLY been able to quantify and qualify them as to what they’re worth. And the sum of those values has to exceed the price.

Because remember this: customers don’t buy, they invest 📈

When you know that you've got so much value in this proposal that it exceeds the price, then you're good to go!

One simple way to keep your prospect's attention?

Let's say you're meeting with them in person. This simple habit has done WONDERS for me:

Sit with your back to a wall.

Yes, seriously!

Why? This will help them focus on you by keeping their eyes and mind from getting caught up with everything going on around them 🔍

It’s very easy to be distracted when you’re sitting in a public area.

When you’re attempting to close a sale with a customer in that type of environment, the last thing you need is for them to lose focus.

Remember, your goal is a sale, not a lunch date 🥪

In addition, when you sit with your back to a wall instead of a window, it’s easier for the customer to see you! 🪟
