Alright my friends, this week’s Crush Anxiety episode is all about how our thoughts and our feelings are linked… And how for most of us, our thoughts drive our emotions.

This concept has been a game changer in my life. At first, I wanted to believe that it was all B.S. Howevever, once I started to put in the work to figure out the thought patterns of my mind, I can honestly say this has changed my life.

I use this concept to manage my mind around my relationship with my husband, kids, money, success, etc.

Remember, when we know how our minds work, we can better work our minds.
