I worked with Craig, Jeremy, Jesse, Erin, Lori and a bunch of other folks at the Greenhouse Group to buy my home in San Diego last year. I'd never set foot in the city before, so I leaned on them for both their local knowledge and their expertise in homebuying here. I couldn't be happier that I got to work with these folks. This is the third home I've bought over the years, and I've never worked with a team that was so personable, professional, meticulous, and caring. They were not only there to hold my hand every step of the way, but they helped me deal with a cross-country move, a first offer that fell through because of unseen damages to the building, a fairly hairy negotiation on my second offer (that was successful!), and to this day still send me supporting documents for property taxes and tax paperwork - simply because they want to do the right thing by their clients. I cannot recommend them enough - and can't imagine how my move would have gone without this incredibleΒ team.
