In his book Cash Flow Quadrant, he tells the story of how he accumulated his fortune while applying the same formula in real life that he used to beat his dad and siblings at the game of Monopoly: "Four Green Houses and a Red Hotel." The beauty of that simplicity resonated with us in that wealth building needn't be any more complicated than that game-like strategy.
