JEN! I think a lot of people are going to hate you after this one! It was definitely outer thigh murder, but it's what you wanted! You wanted to use the pilates ring, ankle weights and loop band all together to torture your outer thighs in side laying position and then finish them off in L-series with just the loop (although i reckon you are going to keep your ankle weights on) 😅 Yes, my friends, there may have been a few tears shed in this one! You wanted to include weightless arms and then 3lb weighted exercises for the upper body. In the lower body section you wanted side laying work, pretzel and all 4s with some core stability thrown in. Then for abs you wanted neck friendly side obliques, seated abs and laying lower abs with a back extension finisher! I managed to cram all of this into this intense workout for you PLUS more! Suri! Your LINDA ACTIVE custom workout is ready! You wanted an upper body pyramid workout using dumbbells and a band. You wanted a focus on biceps and triceps with seated chair exercises, standing and some seated on the ground. It uses a pyramid structure in two ways, the first going from lighter weights, to medium, to heavy and back down again, each weight has varying reps. The second is a rep pyramid going from 1 to 5 and back down again. This workout is tough! Get ready to feel the burn!!

Colleen! Your custom LINDA ACTIVE workout is ready! You asked for a 60 minute workout that is broken into a standing cardio sculpt and a mat section. The first half you wanted an endurance style workout with lots of lunges, squats and kicks that get the heart rate up, but not too much balance work. For the mat portion you wanted to include a lot of down dog and all 4s variations. This workout is definitely a tough one! Using the light weighs works the arms and all the fun combinations work the mind. I hope you love it!
