Gina and Don Grothoff are the Focused Healthy Family practice together and run the FHF podcast. Their years of parenting since 1997, their life and professional experiences, skills and their challenges with two kids with special needs motivated them to help parents. Their specialty is the Sandwich Generation, parents raising their own kids while simultaneously caring for their elderly parents.
How do I help my parents? Can I do it? How can I still five attention to my kids? What about my relationship with my partner or spouse? How do I take their keys away when they can't drive anymore? What questions should I be asking about when looking for a facility for my parent? How can I change my kid's behavior? They are really acting up lately.
