Gina and Don Grothoff are the Focused Healthy Family practice together and run the FHF podcast. Their years of parenting since 1997, their life and professional experiences, skills and their challenges with two kids with special needs motivated them to help parents. Their specialty is the Sandwich Generation, parents raising their own kids while simultaneously caring for their elderly parents.
