How to Eliminate a Toxic Behavior
Delete One Toxic Thing:
Itās easy to carry things we donāt even realize are weighing us down.
Perhaps we go straight to a drink after work, or eat sweets when we are stressed? Speaking negatively?
Maybe itās a habit, checking your phone first thing in the morning, saying yes when you donāt want to. Maybe itās a person that doesnāt treat you right. These things pile up, quietly draining energy in the background.
So, delete one. Just one. Distance yourself, substitute a bad behavior, toss something in the trash, say no, walk away.
Whatever it is, cut it loose and see how it feels. You donāt have to justify it or make some big announcement. You just decide that something isnāt serving you anymore, and you let it go.
Small as it may seem, itās a signal to yourself that you get to choose what stays in your space, in your mind, in your life.
And once you do it once, it gets easier. You start noticing other things you donāt actually have to carry. That account you muted? You wonāt miss it. That habit you questioned? Maybe itās time to replace it with something better. Not everything has to be a massive overhaul. Sometimes, one small cut is enough to make everything feel lighter.

Make 2025 your year with 15 goals that will help you look and feel your best
The very first step, though, is to figure out exactly what you want your new year resolution to be. Many people choose to focus on goals that boost their health (like resetting your sleep schedule) while others would rather reorganize their home or commit to random acts of kindness. Take a look at the totally doable resolutions below and pick something that will make you feel better physically and/or mentally. Remember, even if you fall off the wagon today, tomorrow is a new day to get back on track!
1. Start that dang Gratitude Journal! Let go of OLD RESENTMENTS and be Grateful.

What DRIVES YOU? How to get and keep MOTIVATED during the Holidays or beginning ā25!
Weāve all been there. Maybe itās motivation to get to the gym or finally finish that school or work project. We wait for that motivation to hit.
John C. Maxwell has stated, āMotivation gets you going, but discipline keeps you growing!
Here are 6 ways to get Motivated and Stay Disciplined!
1. Decide to take 5 minutes and then get started Take those five minutes to start to get organized or dive into your workout, whatever it is, and you might just find that after five minutes, youāre in the right mindset to keep going.
2. Alter the way you think about the task at hand. According to psychologists, the tasks we are most motivated to do come from intrinsic factors (aka your internal dialogue!).
3. Break down your fears. Sometimes, we donāt begin a task due to deep fears and phobias. For instance, we may put off writing that speech because we know we arenāt good or well-practiced at public speaking
4. Go for a walk. Get some fresh air, clear your head.. get a new and fresh perspective.
5. Give yourself a reward.. you decide, but I highly encourage it to be productive and healthy.
6. Plan ahead!! Yet, creating commitments with yourself and sticking with them can help you develop self-discipline. Self-discipline refers to your ability to take action and get things done, despite how you feel or other hurdles present.

Vibe ~ Why you should never Burn a Bridge.. except in these 3 cases!
For the most part the advise to āNever burn bridgesā is good advice. Most of us want to trust that people have our best interests at heart and we want to give them the benefit of the doubt. We hold on to the hope that something will change. However, if you feel in a constant state of confusion, feeling lack, heartbroken, worry, or energy delpleted, whether itās a relationship or work.. that is Not Healthy. Stand your ground and in your truth, light the match and let it go!! š„
3 cases to do so:
š„ If someone tries to dim your flame.
Donāt hesitate to burn a bridge with someone who tells you that you need them and that they can help you succeed in your career, but then takes advantage of you and lies to you. Many people hold themselves out as very influential people, and at first you might be dazzled by someone like that and taken in by their smooth patter. Gradually you realize that the person who you thought would save you or vault your career to the next level is just a scam artist. Donāt be afraid to slam the door on your way out of that relationship!
š„ When your integrity requires it.
There will be times in your life that you may be tempted by something. For what ever reason you become drawn to something that may be too good to be trueā¦ it may just be. Your gut and mind know the truth. Always take the high road. Respect yourself first and foremost and you canāt go wrong.
š„ To protect and support your family and friends. If there is one thing I vehemently discourage is talking behind peoples backs! Stop people in their tracks immediately and protect anyone who canāt be present to defend themselves or what matters to you.
Do not fall victim to gossip.. be the bigger person and shut it down!

The āBig Rocksā represent the most important things you want to achieve. The idea is to put those big rocks in the jar first.
Letting go of things!
Rocks can represent things that are bothering us, things that we are holding onto, or things that take up space in our lives.
