“Self Administered EMDR Eye Movement Meditation for Relaxation” is premiering tomorrow!
This guided meditation uses gentle bilateral eye movements and bilateral audio to stimulate the vagus nerve and calm the nervous system, all while fostering a soothing rhythm that supports stress relief, emotional healing, and lasting inner peace.
Research shows that EMDR-inspired eye movements can ease anxiety, reduce the emotional power of distressing memories, and help the body activate its parasympathetic “rest and digest” mode for true relaxation and renewal.
Find a quiet spot, put on your headphones, and follow along at your own pace. Let’s journey toward grounded calm and inner healing together.

I’ve been learning this week at the Boston International Trauma Conference, and it’s deepened something in me. Dr. Bessel van der Kolk—author of The Body Keeps the Score—reminds us how trauma lives in the body, and how vital it is to find ways to release it.
That’s why I create this EMDR music—for moments when words aren’t enough, but your nervous system still needs care.
If you’re here listening, know this: your healing matters. Keep showing up for yourself, one breath at a time.

Welcome to the EMDR Music Channel!
I’m Maggie Kelly, LPC and founder of Bloom into Being Therapy in Colorado. I created this channel for my clients—but now I’m grateful it supports thousands worldwide.
What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) uses left-right stimulation (like eye movements, sounds, or taps) to help your brain process painful memories and build new, calmer beliefs. Here, our tracks use bilateral tones—ping-ponging sound between your ears—to ease anxiety, deepen rest, sharpen focus, and steady your nervous system.
How to Listen:
Find a quiet spot, put on headphones, breathe, and let the alternating beats guide your inner work. Try a track before bed to unwind, or during work/study to stay centered.
Disclaimer:
These videos support—but never replace—professional therapy or medical care. Reach out to a mental health provider if you’re in distress.
Thank you for being here on your healing journey!
