Best foods: Whole eggs, salmon, chicken breast, sweet potato, fruits & veggies, white rice, oats, avocado, nut butter, and Greek yogurt.

Best exercises: Pull-ups, rows, incline presses, dips, hack squats, split squats, and stiff-legged deadlifts.

Recovery hacks: 8 hrs of sleep, 1–2 rest days, daily stretching, 1g protein/lb bodyweight, and proper hydration.
