Couldn't think of a simple title lol but basically a lot of training for newbies is forward focused! In this video we look at executing strikes backwards as well!

finally got to opening and trying on (tags and all lol) the new Primo Fightwear Alta Collection with Machi and the other furry fam!

For those asking about the fit, will show you a video shortly but I wear a size S. If you like a looser fit (around the waist and thighs) I'd recommend sizing up for this collection.

Stress is a part of life 🩵 experiencing discomfort is a part of our martial arts journeys - we come face to face with our fears, doubts and limitations. The journey is to go beyond them.

Too much too soon is a recipe for failure.. just as coddling ourselves and expecting comfort in our training. Finding balance and framing our stressors can help with our long term progress and growth. Everyone’s thresholds are different - reflect on yourself and seek help when needed. Enjoy the journey 🥰
