First impressions of #Max: UI seems faster and more responsive (though still a little buggy). If you're coming in expecting everything from HBO Max and everything from Discovery+, you'll be disappointed. Lots of stuff missing from the Discovery networks side. Selection on those hubs feels very light.

The line for #recordstoreday at Rock n' Roll Land in Green Bay is insane! This is maybe 1/4 of the whole line at opening.

As a long time devotee (and paid user) of Filmic Pro, I’m more than a little miffed with the new yearly subscription. Glad I went into the App Store comments and discovered the Cinema P3 camera app. What a great app and only a $9 one-time price. #filmicpro #cinemap3camera #notanad

This is exactly how physical media should work in 2023. One SKU, all formats. Less duplication on shelves, total future proofing for people who haven’t caught up to Blu-ray yet. Thank you @paramountmovies for doing this and I hope others follow.

I'm an artsy Midwest landscape photographer, a writer / blogger, a product reviewer / tester / focus group of one, an audio/video production nerd turned social media / content marketer, a tech geek raised in (and in many ways stuck on) the era of MS-DOS & NES, a MacGyver-level maker/DIYer, a DVD/Blu-ray collector and pieced-together home theater enthusiast, and a social media comedian / general wiseass. I'm a weird creative hyphenate living in a world where Facebook lets me only choose one category.
I'm based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and travel often to Door County Wisconsin, Duluth Minnesota, Superior Wisconsin and all over the Midwest for photography, exploration and general fun and merryment.
