Spoiler for this weekends Good Morning Stretch and Breathe Class. I filmed at a local park and caught some good bloopers, mostly of Cloud (the doggo) getting into trouble....wait for them at the very end of the class. :) Can't wait to share this fun flow class with you. Lots of breath to movement to help keep you present, some balancing to build some strength and of course lots of full body stretches to help you feel your best!

I’m still recovering from Covid and I don’t think I’ll have the energy to teach later today.
I’m postponing this week’s live 30 min slow flow to hopefully next week assuming I’ll have the energy to teach then!
Until then, I’m listening to my body and resting when I need to.
