Love for meditation, for humanity, for nature- animals, plants and inanimate forms, love for the creator of all - the unknowable mystery in the heart of everyhting.
Meditation is a vehicle for spiritual transformation and the discovery of our true nature. It can awaken in us doramnt spiritual capacities, and connect us with the divine reality we are all a part of. It also has tremendous effects over our body and mind.
Different meditation techniques were developed in various enlightenment traditions around the world, opening many gates to connect with the divine reality. In the channel we respect them all, and the masters that created them for the benefit of all.
Many of the meditations on the channel are based on "Llewellyn Complete Book of Meditation" by Shai Tubali.
Shai has been my spiritual teacher for the last 20 years, and from him I've learned the art of teaching meditation.
