Welcome to my channel! YES! I love you stop here, I am Joa Rivas, a wellness educator, Yoga, and Pilates teacher and health advocate since 2008 and I am here bringing you positive information about topics that are affecting us.

My main focus is to educate about POSTURE and Anti-Inflammatory diet. I had scoliosis and chronic back pain since I was 15. I surprisingly could realign my spine and more importantly reduce the pain. My general aches are neck pain because of the use of electronics but nothing like before.

I am here to show you solutions to life challenges and also to show you others that have achieved what we sometimes think impossible. I bring you stories that inspire us to only be our best!.
