Hello all! I've put together a second month of the 30 day at-home strength and cardio program! The amount of time allotted is at the beginning of the day. Most days are 30-45 minutes. You can find the workouts and how to follow in the playlist linked below as well. This program includes some of my newer workouts! I did have to include a few older once since I cant film a DB workout for awhile. Thank you so much for your kind words yesterday. I really appreciate all of you!!!

Hey everyone!

The workouts will be slightly different for the next couple of months on my channel. 10 days ago I was in a car wreck and broke my hand. I am very fortunate that it was only a broken bone 🙏

My typical strength workouts will be put on the back burner for awhile.

I will be publishing a second 30 day program tomorrow with some of my newer workouts! Be on the lookout for this post and playlist!

I also have an upper body mobility workout that I’ll post soon. Bear with me for the next couple of months as editing, typing, and filming have become more challenging. As long as we try our best that’s all that matters 😀
