What do you want to see??
I’m thinking of dipping my toes back into the YouTube-long-form-video water… I‘ll soon be posting some coping skill videos that were collaborations with @NowMattersNow. But after those, I’m not sure!
I’ve thought about doing more videos on neurodiversity and autism (and relevant overlap with BPD/DBT), opposite action (to shame perhaps?), or maybe my favorite: DBT skills in Pop music! But so much is interesting to me…
If you’re here and following, what would you like to see me cover? Long-form or shorts. Feel free to let me know below!

I just discovered that my recent podcast episode with @WeShape's Feeling Lighter Podcast is on YouTube! We discuss how the DBT skills of self-validation, mindfulness, and Opposite Action can help us overcome shame and increase our loving connection with ourselves. Thanks, @feeling.lighter, for this conversation. ❤️
If you want to hear more about this topic, join me next week when I discuss "Self-Validation as a Tool on Self-Acceptance" through WeShape's Expert Q&A Call series! Held on Tuesday, February 13th at noon EST, you can join at this zoom link: Expert Q&A Call w/Kiki

Just trying to decrease suffering in the world...
Hi! I'm Kiki Fehling, a licensed psychologist, author, and expert in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This channel is where I share mental health tips and tools from DBT and beyond.
DBT is a therapy that focuses on improving emotional wellbeing and building a Life Worth Living—a life full of joy, meaning, and fulfillment. To help towards this goal, DBT offers a TON of coping skills in the areas of mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. After witnessing the power of DBT skills in my own life and the lives of my clients, I decided to get onto social media in order to share DBT skills with as many people as possible.
I also want to challenge stigmas, and provide accurate information about borderline personality disorder, self-harm, neurodiversity, and LGBTQ+ mental health. This channel is a part of that mission. I hope that my videos help you build your Life Worth Living!
