The saying 'Don't think of a pink elephant' reflects a paradoxical truth.
Our mind, upon hearing the phrase 'pink elephant,' struggles to grasp that it shouldn't generate a thought about it. Therefore, choosing positive and constructive thoughts over negative ones is crucial in steering our subconscious away from reacting to negativity.
