MY BIRTHDAY REFLECTION:
I believe there are three core traits we're born with: desire, intelligence, and environment.
Desire (Ambition/Drive): You could be incredibly smart but lack the motivation to act. Desire is an innate trait too, and just like intelligence, it can range widely. Some people have a burning desire to achieve, while others are more passive. Both qualities exist in different measures in everyone.
Intelligence (Problem-Solving): Some people are born with a natural ability to think quickly and solve problems. For some, this ability might be at a 10, for others it could be 30 or 70. Intelligence varies from person to person, and it’s something we’re born with.
Environment: The surroundings we grow up in shape who we are. Whether you were raised by academics or grew up in a small town, your environment influences your mindset and outlook on life. It doesn’t mean one is better or worse—just different.
However, does that mean we’re powerless to change? Not at all! The key element we control is the knowledge we choose to gain. Knowledge is what allows us to rise above our circumstances and shape our destiny.
We all want success, and success starts with action. But action begins with a decision, and decision-making comes from thinking. Those who think more effectively make better decisions and ultimately achieve greater success.
So, why do some people think better? It’s a combination of those three foundational traits and the knowledge they gain. While we can’t change what we were born with, we can always grow through learning. Success starts with taking full responsibility for our mindset and choices.
So, let's get obsessed with learning/growing even though it requires a lot of tension/pain. Just like in gym though - eventually you start to enjoy it!
Bless you all with your journey!

Investigating the reasons for poor outcomes, questioning, and thinking critically is both draining and time-consuming.
When an entrepreneur spends all day running in circles, doing the work of others, they’ll lack the energy and time needed to identify failures and develop new solutions.

In business, much like in the Olympics, reaching the top requires being better, stronger, and faster than your competitors. This demands particular knowledge and skills.
An entrepreneur should not only focus on growing their business but also on their personal development. Having an experienced coach who can provide timely guidance on effective strategies will significantly speed up achieving success.

What defines victory or defeat? These concepts aren't absolute; each of us determines them individually. For one person, failing to run more than 10 kilometers might seem like defeat, while for another, running just 100 meters could be a victory. It all depends on the current context. So, victory is really about making progress, not just the final outcome.
Defeat simply reminds us that we may not be as clever as we'd like to think, and that's perfectly fine. It's an opportunity to learn, gain new skills, and keep moving forward.

The most crucial thing in life is to keep pushing forward, no matter the circumstances. Never give up, and never back down. My motto used to be is: "You can die, but losing is not an option." or "I will die trying.". I changed it to be more positive and assume I will get it: "I will live to see it happened."
Just like a football team that remains on the field until the final whistle, no matter the score or how the game unfolds, we must keep playing until the very end.
Life demands that we keep moving ahead, playing our part until the final whistle sounds.

The APDE formula is essential for first-level managers (M1).
It stands for Analyze the Previous Day for Everyone (each employee).
This should be a manager’s top focus: reviewing the results of the previous day and making informed decisions.
Are your managers doing this consistently?

How to Reach Your Goals: Essential Steps to Success
1. Define Your Goal: The first step is to set a clear, specific goal. Whether it’s becoming a world champion archer, earning a million dollars a year, or being the best soccer player, success is something you define personally. This goal is your “Point B,” and it should be well-defined.
2. Assess Your Current Position: Next, pinpoint your “Point A”—your current situation. This can be more challenging than it sounds, as it requires an honest evaluation of your current skills, resources, and limitations. What strengths do you have? Where do you need support? Understanding your starting point is crucial for planning your journey to success.
3. Be Honest with Yourself: Accurately identifying your current position means being truthful about your strengths and weaknesses. What’s your education, knowledge, and resource base? How do you approach problems? The more precisely you understand where you are now, the easier it will be to plan your path to your goal.
And remember, the greater the distance between your Point A and Point B, the bigger your ambitions are. A large gap means you’re aiming high, which is something to respect and strive for.

The way to form connections with successful people is by striving to match their level.
You might feel let down by a specific person, but that doesn’t mean you should lose faith in the idea of partnership. When you do find the right partner, you’ll realize how incredible it can be. If you haven't found the right match yet, it may just be that you haven’t met the person who truly aligns with you.
It’s important to remember that you need to be the kind of person you want to attract. Just as like attracts like, people draw in others who are similar to them. For example, Warren Buffett partnered with Charlie Munger because they complemented each other. To partner with someone like Buffett, you need to be someone like Munger, and vice versa.
The main takeaway is to focus on self-improvement. By working on yourself, you’ll naturally attract great partners, a supportive spouse, and genuine friends. Being exceptional is the result of serious personal development.
What’s crucial in this process? Choose role models who inspire you. Determine who you want to become and strive to live up to that image. This will give you direction and help you grow.

The most important part of any analysis is taking full responsibility. It’s about finding the true cause of the mistake you made instead of placing blame on others for your failure.

One must understand, in business, we make a lot more money by making proper decisions which requires a lot of thinking (strategizing/planning) vs doing.
Even in major companies it is enough to have one person who would do all the thinking. In other words: thousands of people in the company could be doing things while only one does all the thinking about key components (make major decisions) that would move the needle.
That is why is it necessary to become obsessed with growth? Learn/study success. Go deep!
Do whatever it takes to think better! How? Expose yourself to a lot of knowledge, a lot of examples, a lot of analysis.
