Look, I could tell you what you want to hearâ*âOh, I just did 10K steps a day, drank more water, ate more protein, and hit the gym 4 days a weekâ*... but Iâm about to hit you with the real truth.

4 years ago I was at a low point in my life.
my lifestyle was sh*tâŚ

1. Everyone has abs. If they donât show > theyâre covered with a layer of fat. You need to lower your body fat % by building muscle and losing fat, also known as body recomposition ( free body recomp guide in bio)
2. So If you want abs > you gotta lose fat
3. BUT you canât target belly fat > you have to lose overall body fat
4. DIET is key to lose body fat. You need to be in a calorie deficit !! Science behind fat loss is explained on my YouTube channel: Kenza Tounakti
5. Ab workouts without fixing your diet will not give you abs. Iâve managed to define my abs over the last 3 years by losing fat and building muscle to lower my body fat % ( the thing is my main goal wasnât to get abs but it naturally happened as my body fat % went down)
