Look, I could tell you what you want to hear—*‘Oh, I just did 10K steps a day, drank more water, ate more protein, and hit the gym 4 days a week’*... but I’m about to hit you with the real truth.

The truth? Transforming your body doesn’t start with just counting steps or drinking more water. It starts with transforming your **mindset**. Yeah, I said it. Mindset.

You can walk 10K steps a day, but if you’re still thinking like a quitter, that’s not gonna get you anywhere. You want change? You gotta be ready to do **hard things.** Like, real talk—this is not for the faint of heart.

Building discipline? That’s not cute. It’s saying ‘no’ to the happy hour because you’re sticking to your goals. It’s setting your alarm 30 minutes earlier to get that workout in. It’s the things you don’t *feel* like doing that separate the women who talk about change from the women who actually make it happen.

You gotta get **uncomfortable.** I’m talking about those workouts where you’re like, im gon shit my pants * and then still pushing through. Or that moment when you’re craving pizza, but you look at your goals and say, nope not today

Transforming your body means doing the **hard stuff** when you don’t feel like it. It’s all about being uncomfortable, getting disciplined, and pushing past the doubt.

The last few months I have grown so much mentally and physically. It made me wanna re-invent my online coaching. I’ve always done fitness out of “self hate” or to fix my body. But fitness to me is about building a strong mind, pushing out of your comfort zone, proving your limiting beliefs wrong, unlocking your potential, and becoming the best version of yourself. It teaches you self love and discipline. Discipline is making the hard choices. And it all starts with being more mindful and building a strong mindset. Self love is all about accepting yourself and your body unconditionally, but making mindful choices even the ones that feel uncomfortable in the moment, knowing your future self will thank you. I wanna help you build a strong mind and naturally your dream body will follow. Your thoughts and feelings are so powerful. It all starts with your mind.

4 years ago I was at a low point in my life.
my lifestyle was sh*t…
I was not doing well mentally…
and I was crying myself to sleep every night.


then one day, I said f*ck it.
I said “Kenz, you gotta wake up.”
“nobody is going to fix your problems for you.”
“if you want things to change, YOU have to change.”


so I started working out, and that decision changed my life.
shortly after I started working out…
I switched my degree from compsci to kinesiology…
I spent my free time studying fitness…
I started a business …

and within 1 year, I was living a completely different life.
all of that stemmed from that one decision.

if I hadn’t made the decision, I would have kept gaining weight…
I would have kept going to school for a program I didn’t love…
but I decided to start taking care of myself.

and that decision upgraded every aspect of my life.

1. Everyone has abs. If they don’t show > they’re covered with a layer of fat. You need to lower your body fat % by building muscle and losing fat, also known as body recomposition ( free body recomp guide in bio)

2. So If you want abs > you gotta lose fat

3. BUT you can’t target belly fat > you have to lose overall body fat

4. DIET is key to lose body fat. You need to be in a calorie deficit !! Science behind fat loss is explained on my YouTube channel: Kenza Tounakti

5. Ab workouts without fixing your diet will not give you abs. I’ve managed to define my abs over the last 3 years by losing fat and building muscle to lower my body fat % ( the thing is my main goal wasn’t to get abs but it naturally happened as my body fat % went down)
