4 weeks came and went so fast! (well at least for me, watching you guys ๐)
Thank you to everyone who joined me for this challenge! I'm so proud of each and every one of you! Even if you couldn't do everything, that's totally fine! Remember, practice makes perfect. Improvement comes with repetition. So if you want to do the challenge again, you are more than welcome to! I'm confident that you'll be able to do more, the second time around ๐

Hi Fit Girl Family โค๐ค
I hope you are ready to get fit and drip in sweat the next 4 weeks!! ๐ Starting on Monday, 22 May 2023, we are starting with the 4-WEEK SUMMER SHRED CHALLENGE for 2023 ๐
This challenge was so fun for me to shoot because it is filmed around different locations in my home city, Cape Town, South Africa! ๐ I hope you guys enjoy these outdoor type of workouts, I definitely enjoyed filming them (even with people looking at me like I'm a crazy lady ๐)
Let me give you a breakdown of the challenge ๐
๐ Purpose: To tone the muscles and shred fat
๐ Duration: 5 Workouts per week for 4 weeks total
๐ Time: Each workout is 20 minutes. Some include a 3 minute warm-up
๐ How does it work: We will focus on a different muscle group each day of the week, with some HIIT in between.
I would love for all of you to join! But of course, if you can't join now, I will make a playlist so that you can do it later (you're not getting out of this ๐)

EASE INTO THE NEW YEAR'S CHALLENGE! โจ๏ธ
๐WHEN: starting Monday 23 January 2023
๐WHERE: your home or wherever is most convenient for you!
๐DURATION: 4 weeks
๐EXPLAIN PLEASE: the reason for the name is so that we ease into the new year. We will start slow and gradually increase the duration of the workouts over the 4 weeks. It will go something like this:
Week 1: the workouts will only be 10 minutes long
Week 2: 15 minutes
Week 3: 20 minutes
Week 4: 25 minutes
The aim is to get fit, lean and strong without overdoing it after all the Christmas treats ๐ Don't worry, it's still going to be sweaty and intense!๐ฆ The focus is to tone and shape the full body with 5 workouts every week.
I hope to see you all on the mat with me on Monday! ๐
