My online chair yoga class runs on Tuesday 10-11am UK time. We have spaces and you can join from where you are! You'll need to get in touch to fill in an intake form and get the link to join us on Zoom. It would be lovely to see you there, we are a small welcoming group.
I also teach the 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course as taught by the Mindfulness Association. It’s a truly fantastic course which really helps participants understand mindfulness and establish a personal practice. If you are interested in doing this online or in person please get in touch.
