Friends!! I'm adding some extra stuff to the workouts to make it easier to follow along, but it's taking A LOT more time to edit them. I'm currently editing the 7-Day Upper Body Strengthening Challenge. How important is it for you to do all seven days back to back?
I can do one of two things: upload them as they are done being edited (but you'll have to wait longer to get all seven days) or make the workouts accessible when ALLLL of the workouts are done so you can do the workouts back to back for seven days?
So here's the question. Would you prefer:

Hey Friends! I'm filming a 30-Day Core Strengthening Challenge right now, which is why I haven't posted much. You're going to love it! It's only 15 minutes a day for 30 days to see massive improvements in core strength, which translates to a stronger back and more balance too. :) I'll start posting the workouts very soon! Alright my friends ... I asked a YouTube guru to help make the videos I'm posting easier for viewers to view ... and well, let's just say he gave me A LOT of suggestions! So, I'm going to slow down on posting new videos for the time being. Hope to at least post 1 new one a week, while I clean up the other 90 that have already been posted.
