I love feeling peaceful. Those little moments of bliss that feel like everything is working in perfect harmony. Of course these moments don’t last forever, but the important thing is they are possible. That’s why I have a challenge for you: every day try to feel peaceful for at least ONE breath.

We’ve been taught to believe that peace is only available at the end of life if you work hard enough, or become a monk on a mountaintop, or buy the fancy car. The real truth is quite the opposite.

The secret is if you have air in your lungs, then you already have everything you need. When difficult moments happen, take a breath and feel them. Lean into them. Don’t react with fear, but instead acknowledge the stress and rise above it. In the ashes of our failures rise our greatest strengths. This alone has given me the confidence to chase after my dreams every single day.

Over the past several years I’ve also had the honor to guide thousands of people from all over the world how to experience these moment of peace for themselves. I can’t do it for you... but I will gladly show you the tools I use every day.

If you’re walking a similar path and are ready to say goodbye to constant stress and anxiety, I made a 7 day challenge where I share all the practical tools you need to make peace a daily habit. If this resonates with you, follow this link and start today: www.rockbalancersguide.com/challenge
