In the first two pics- my daily habits were completely different from what they are today.
My diet consisted of mostly sugar and carbs.
I grazed all day and was always hungry.
I didn’t strength train.
I didn’t do yoga.
I only did cardio.
I started training exclusively at home in 2020 and since then have been thrilled with the results.
And I never went back!
My mission is to help YOU get off the roller coaster of weight gain/loss and get on the train to a toned and tight physique for years to come.
You know what happens when your workouts work?
You don’t yo-yo.
You don’t spend time complaining about lack of results.
You don’t make excuses, you make it happen.

Transformation Tuesday- The Smoker Edition 🚭
I’m going to take you back to 2003 in that first picture.
I’m in my early 20s consuming endless packs of Parliament Light 100s.
I chain-smoked the desperate days away and was always cloaked in a cloud of hazy confusion.
Healthy habits?
What were those?
I remember wanting and wishing to be the girl that got up early and worked out- but late nights kept me in bed way past 10 am. Sometimes I would even sleep until 3 P.M.
Let’s bring it to current day.

I have been smoke-free since December 2006 (18 years!) and have built my lifestyle around health and wellness.
Quitting smoking was one of the most challenging tasks I ever went through because the habit was deeply woven into my life and served so many purposes.
Not only was I physically addicted - I was mentally and emotionally hooked on the habit.
So I’m sharing with you today one of the strategies that really helped me during that initial phase of quitting.
It seems so simple - but it really helped.
I wrote down my reasons for quitting- my own personal reasons - that I was deeply emotionally connected to.
I wrote that list down and took it with me wherever I went.
I frequently looked at it to be reminded WHY I wanted to quit.
YOUR WHY is extremely powerful.
If you want to change something….
Write it down.
Review it frequently.
I still write down my goals and things I want to change because this process has proved to be so successful when combined with the guidance of a healthy support system.
I hope this post reminds you that you can absolutely improve your health by changing your daily habits.
