Just to let subscribers know, I am curating the older videos on Qi Elements' channel to make them more useful to viewers. The channel has many videos of on-line classes which were produced and streamed during the covid years. I uploaded these videos to YouTube so that the people who took the classes could review the material. Several years have passed, and I don't imagine that many of the people who originally took the classes are still wanting to review what we did in the classes, so I am reediting the videos to separate out the individual exercises done in the classes into single subject pieces. For example, a class from October 10, 2020, covered four different Qigong exercises--Lung Strengthening Qigong, Lung Cleansing Qigong, Laymen's Qigong to Prevent Breast and Prostate Cancer, and the Taiji Qigong Primary Set. The exercises are timeless, but their packaging together no longer makes sense. As I reedit, they will become four separate videos to be uploaded individually. I believe that these reedits will make the videos more useful to viewers.

We take a comprehensive approach to Tai Chi practice that includes Bare-Hand form, internal energy (Qi) cultivation and circulation, balance and rooting exercises, sensing and pushing hands, silk-reeling, and self-defense applications. We apply the five regulations (body, breath, mind, Qi, and spirit) in our approach to Tai Chi and Qigong. Our training comes mainly from the Yang family and Grand Master Yang, Jwing Ming.
