Qi Elements Center for Tai Chi and and Qigong in Herndon, VA: This channel is dedicated to helping people learn and understand Yang Style Tai Chi, both as a health exercise and as a martial art; and Qigong, still mediation and moving exercises other that Tai Chi. We take a comprehensive approach to Tai Chi practice that includes Bare-Hand form, internal energy (Qi) cultivation and circulation, balance and rooting exercises, sensing and pushing hands, silk-reeling, and self-defense applications. We apply the five regulations (body, breath, mind, Qi, and spirit) in our approach to Tai Chi and Qigong. Our training comes mainly from the Yang family and Grand Master Yang, Jwing Ming.
