Which adaptation do you think is the easiest/simplest for the body to make in response to training?
I.E. The training doesn’t have to be perfect, you just have to put in the work and the gains will come.

Hey everybody, a bit of a life update. Long story short I took a few weeks off to visit family, and when I came back my condo had been flooded. Lots of water damage and personal belongings lost. The combo of a break plus unexpectedly having to move out of my place has led to much more time away from making content than I’d hoped.
I was banking on the idea that I’d be able to get back to making content once I got everything out of the swamp that was my condo, but now it appears my computer was also a casualty of this unfortunate event. It worked for a few days but now it won’t boot, and running a bunch of command prompts hasn’t worked. Event resetting it (reinstalling windows) didn’t work.
As such I can’t make the videos I’m used to making since that requires my computer for editing, screen recording, etc. Idk what I’m gonna do but I’ll figure it out one way or another.
In the meantime I’ll do my best to record some simple videos on my phone, but you’ll have to bear with me as the production quality won’t be that good. I’ll see what I can do using my iPad, and will take any suggestions on good apps if you have them, such as to screen record and write on screen. Adobe rush is fine for shorts but for longer or complex videos it struggles.
Anyways thanks for your patience and I haven’t forgotten about you guys, I just have been thrown multiple curveballs this past month and it’ll take some time to rectify the situation.
Hope you’re all doing well,
Cody

So proud of my team. Henry has gone from 12.1 to 10.84 in 15 months, as well as Gary & Jake who went from 12’s to 11.1 in that same time. This should be a sign to all of you that you can progress a lot in high school, so never limit yourself!!
