Sharing some stretches I did while training for my Splits in the latest video 💗 I got my splits on March 26, 2018 - it’s been almost 3 years! Prior to this, I couldn’t my toes or sit on the ground cross legged without leaning back to use my hands as support.
Flexibility can be natural. It can be trained at a young age. It CAN also be trained as an adult (no matter what your brain tells you 😉).
I truly hope that these videos help you feeeeel what it’s like to MOVE better in your own body. Happy stretching~
