Prenatal Yoga Center helps prepare your mind and body for a strong, energizing pregnancy, efficient and easier birth, and a smoother recovery. Our IN STUDIO and ONLINE classes are taught with a deep understanding of the changes & challenges of the pregnant body. We address your daily aches and pains but also take into consideration the imbalances in your pregnant body that may obstruct an easeful birth flow. Our classes are designed to help balance and strengthen your body so your baby can move through your pelvis more easily.
We foster a supportive community of friendship & integrate childbirth education into our classes to help you feel prepared and empowered for labor, delivery, and parenthood.
Based in NYC, we offer Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Baby & Me, and Baby Sign Language. We also offer New Parent Support Groups as well as Childbirth Education, Infant CPR &Safety, Comforting Touch for Birth, Newborn Care/Lactation Prep. All our workshops are available On Demand!
